 The Future of WAste – Public forum 6.00pm Tuesday 29 July  @ Fremantle Town Hall (Free entry)

Hear from experts leading change in the waste and recycling landscape in WA away from our state’s long held reliance on dumping in landfill.

From zero waste to recycling, composting, and energy from waste incineration – the panel will present views on the future of waste and answer questions.

It will also be an opportunity for the Fremantle Council to get feedback on how you think the City of Fremantle should deal with your waste over coming years

The panel will include:

  •    Tim Youe – CEO, Southern Metropolitan Regional Council
  •    Piers Verstegen – Director, Conservation Council of WA
  •    Peter Dyson – Managing Director, Phoenix Energy
  •    Jason Pugh – General Manager, New Energy
  •    Adam Johnson – Founder of Garbologie
